justMAC was formed by Glyn Evans who operates Pocket PC Solutions. Pocket PC Solutions began life back in April 2003 specialising in PDA products and services, and over the past 5 years has provided a wide range of products from PDA cases and accessories, to specialist PDA software that is used in a large number of local and national government agencies, NHS Trusts, Colleges, Universities and businesses of all sizes. In recent years we were at the forefront of Microsoft's UMPC project, working with device manufacturers, and importing a wide range of these devices to the UK and rest of Europe. With the introduction of Vista and and the fact that I (Glyn Evans) had been using a Mac for none business use since 2005, I decided to migrate my business PC's to Apple Mac's, replacing my Dell computers with a MacBook and Mac Mini setup. Following this successful migration, despite some compatibility issues, I have decided to launch justMAC to aid other businesses and consumers who would like to migrate away from a Microsoft environment, but may not have the time or expertise to make such a migration.
About Me (Glyn Evans)
I have lived in Yeovil all my life, and I have worked in a consumer facing management role for 10 years, and an IT management and support role for a further 10 years. My passion for Apple Mac's started 3 years ago with a 12" iBook, and due to the styling, ease of use and stability I became hooked straight away. Over the past 3 years I have upgraded my iBook to a MacBook, added various peripherals (as pictured below), and added a Mac Mini to the setup. More recently I upgraded my mobile phone to the iPhone and like many Apple users I have become so passionate about my Apple products, that I decided to form justMAC, and launched iCase Shop, which specialises in selling high quality iPod and iPhone cases and accessories.
